Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our online workspace. If you are not fully satisfied with the performance of our 300+ webtools, you are entitled to request a complete refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment (the "Guarantee Period").

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a subscription refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original payment transaction.
  • Your account has not engaged in quota abuse, large-scale database scraping, or botting activities.
  • Your monthly usage does not exceed 10% of your total plan resources (e.g. less than 1k API queries used, or less than 50k AI words generated).

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

The following transactions are strictly non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals (recurring monthly payments after the initial checkout).
  • Plans where capacity credits (AI generation or API blocks) have been fully or significantly depleted.
  • Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please send a message to our support agents on Telegram. You will need to provide:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your payment invoice ID or transaction receipt reference.
  • A brief description of why the tools did not meet your operational needs (this feedback helps us improve).

Once submitted, our support team will inspect the request history within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment card within 5 to 10 bank processing days.

5. Chargeback Disputes

We encourage you to contact support directly to resolve billing disputes instead of initiating credit card chargebacks. Chargebacks lock account operations immediately and may restrict your eligibility for future subscriptions on the Norevik platform.
