By accessing or using the Norevik webtools workspace (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must immediately cease accessing and using our online tools.

2. Subscription & Capacity Limits

Norevik provides free and premium subscription packages. Under our subscription model, your allocation (including team seats, premium API requests, AI word credits, and webhook integrations) is determined by your active plan selection:

• Paid services are billed on a recurring monthly billing cycle.
• You are responsible for monitoring your resource usage. Exceeding limits will require upgrading your billing plan.
• Payments are handled securely via our third-party billing processor.

3. Client-Side Sandboxing & Privacy

Norevik tools are engineered to execute tasks locally inside your browser sandbox whenever possible. We do not store, scan, or log document contents, image files, or data structures on our servers. You remain the sole owner of all inputs and outputs processed through the Service.

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to abuse the Service by performing any of the following restricted actions:

• Attempting to bypass capacity quotas or credential validation checks.
• Deploying automated scraping scripts or bots to extract data from our tools index.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing premium API access without written authorization.
• Using webtools to generate malicious files, spam payloads, or fraudulent code.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Norevik provides all tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding system uptime, processing speed, translation accuracy, or suitability for specific business applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norevik shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data errors, billing disruptions, or account capacity outages.

7. Amendments to Service

We reserve the right to modify tool indexes, alter subscription plan unit rates, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your approval of the revised framework.
